POLICIES

As customer service is our main priority  we are unfortunately finding ourselves in a position that often times we arrive to appointments that we can not provide service to.  We understand that there may be times where you have to cancel  appointments and thats ok as long as we can get back the same curtesy's that we are providing. We do our best to keep to a timed schedule so that we dont waste your time waiting for us to arrive and want the same agreement in return.  At Furnace Pro we understand that we are all human and that we too may have to adjust appointment times throughout the day, this is all part of running to  scheduled times.   Sometimes we are early, most of the time we are on schedule, and we may be late, but we will call you to let you know where we are for your appointment arrival.   As we all have a busy work schedule and times that we need to be available, please let us know to if you need to change appointment times or dates.  We are happy to help keep you on your schedules too.

 As we place you into a saved appointment time please be mindful that we are running a service business to provide you the best service we can.  In our busy seasons we are running a full schedule to keep you all comfortable as equipment breaks down.  We take appointments as fast as we can day to day, taking up an appointment time that you forget to cancel is taking from us and also another customer needing help. If you request and receive a appointment time and  fail to cancel your appointment prior to our technician's arrival there will result in a $75 NO SHOW fee. We do our best to honor your important time at home, please do so for ours. 

Please be courteous and provide a safe work environments for our employees to work in.  We reserve the right to refuse service if faced with unsafe work conditions.
